Delivery Information

All orders will be despatched within 10 working days of placing your order. All garments are decorated to order to ensure they are customised as you wish so please bear with us. Make sure you select the personalised embroidery option you want before adding the item to your basket then select your preferred delivery method at checkout. 

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering by the method selected. We endeavour to deliver within the timeframe specified against your chosen service; however we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Products howsoever caused.

All orders over £50 will be despatched free of charge.

Risk of damage to or loss of the Products shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.
